Whether working with individuals or couples, my approach to therapy is integrative and draws from recent advances in interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB) and attachment science. My approach is based on IPNB, emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), Gottman method, somatic psychology, and internal family systems (IFS) and is further informed by my experience in nutritional health, nature (eco-therapy) mindfulness, and meditation.
My style is warm, caring, supportive, active, and deep. In our therapeutic work together, I will use my knowledge to support and honor your uniqueness, not to categorize you or put you in a box.
